Do you have an office location?

At this time, I only provide telehealth services and do not have a physical office location where I am able to see clients face-to-face through my private practice.

Where do I need to be to be eligible for services?

Therapy is considered a healthcare service that occurs at the location where the client is physically present. For this reason, I need to be licensed or otherwise permitted to practice in the state you are located in for each session. I am currently licensed in West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, & Florida.

What is your cancellation policy?

I am very flexible and understanding when a client needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I do ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the scheduled appointment will be assessed a $100 fee.

Do you accept Medicaid?

I am not an approved provider for any state-funded Medicaid plans.
